Synectics will present its most extensive Intersec line up to date, unveiling a series of intelligent surveillance technologies designed to raise safety standards, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen cyber resilience across transport, energy, critical infrastructure, leisure, hospitality, and smart city environments. The company will exhibit at stand S1 I25 at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 12 to 14 January 2026.
Artificial Intelligence will form a central element of Synectics’ presence, with its award winning Synergy DETECT solution on display. Synergy DETECT enables operators to utilise up to twelve AI driven tools, delivering analysis across safety, security, and operational performance. Capabilities include PPE monitoring, fall detection, crowd behaviour assessment, intrusion identification, and loitering analysis. For transport hubs and public spaces, AI traffic analytics provide real time oversight through vehicle classification, wrong direction alerts, and counting features, supporting safer movement and improved situational awareness.
Significant updates to Synectics’ COEX and IP camera portfolios will also be showcased. These include new edge based analytics and integrated IR illumination within the latest COEX camera models, alongside the introduction of 4K and multi sensor devices within the Synectics IP camera range. The enhancements give operators the ability to capture more detailed and actionable visual intelligence with fewer deployed units, contributing to more efficient surveillance strategies.
Visitors will be able to see the newest features within Synectics’ Synergy command and control platform, developed to support faster incident response and stronger coordination between teams. These updates include improved tools for locating incidents quickly, streamlined collaboration workflows, and support for coordinated response aligned with established operating procedures. Additionally, Synectics will present its enhanced mapping capabilities, which allow operators to visualise incident trends using heat maps and hot spot analysis. By linking events to accurate geographic data, control rooms gain clearer insights into how risks emerge and evolve, enabling more precise and proactive responses.
David Aindow, Chief Strategy Officer at Synectics, said: “Intersec is the ideal stage to demonstrate how far intelligent surveillance has come – and how accessible it is. Organisations today don’t just need more data; they need the right insights at the right moment. Every enhancement we’re showcasing this year is about enabling faster decisions, stronger coordination, and safer outcomes across every sector we support.”
“From powerful, in-camera analytics to advanced mapping and AI-driven detection, this is our most extensive line-up yet. It reflects the real-world challenges our customers face and our commitment to helping them anticipate, understand, and respond with confidence in an increasingly complex world.”
