Globe Manufacturing Company has introduced the Globe G-XTREME PRO Jacket, the latest advancement in its firefighter turnout gear range. Building on more than a century of innovation, the new design focuses on comfort, mobility, and a wider range of fit options.
The jacket features a three-panel construction with a mesh liner to reduce bulk and enhance movement. A redesigned collar and multiple fit profiles ensure compatibility across diverse body types. The new Jacket meets the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1971, 2018 Edition, and NFPA 1970(1971), 2025 Edition standards.
Incorporating Globe’s proven AXTION Back and AXTION Sleeve technology, the jacket provides added reach and flexibility. These elements, combined with Kevlar mesh channels and the AXTION Liner, form the integrated AXTION System for improved mobility and reduced weight during active operations.
Key features include: Mic pass-through, that Enables radio wear beneath the jacket while maintaining comfort and protection; a redesigned T-collar that offers a secure fit with helmets and SCBA, and folds neatly when open, and an expanded fit range, available in men’s straight, men’s tapered, and women’s fit size options.
