Forza Doors has marked its 15th anniversary with a 14% increase in year-on-year revenue and over £3 million invested into expanding its West Sussex manufacturing facility.
The UK’s largest producer of bespoke timber fire doors and joinery, Forza has increased production capacity by 60% to meet growing demand across commercial interiors.
This expansion forms part of a ten-year strategy focused on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and diversification.
A refreshed brand identity also accompanied the milestone, aimed at reinforcing the company’s reputation for design flexibility, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing reliability among architects, contractors, and developers.
The company’s workforce has grown by 18% over the past two years, with new roles added across production, R&D, and customer service.
The strategic shift follows the appointment of Managing Director Will Hunnam in 2023, who acquired the business and set a course for accelerated, sustainable growth.
Forza continues to lead on sustainability, having been the first UK timber door manufacturer to publish independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
The company is targeting carbon neutrality by 2050, with all products tested to meet and exceed UK fire, acoustic, and structural standards.
Commenting on the anniversary, Hunnam said: “Reaching our 15th year with strong double-digit growth is a testament to the dedication and skill of our teams.
By combining major investment in our manufacturing capability with a renewed brand strategy, we are positioning Forza Doors for the next decade of sustainable, profitable growth.”
Looking ahead, Forza aims to expand into hospitality and healthcare sectors and continue product innovation, with a strong order book and increased capacity supporting its forward momentum.
