Blackline Safety Corp has begun shipping its new wearable safety detection equipment.
The G8 connected safety wearable was unveiled in January and the company says it is the most connected safety wearable ever made.
Multi function safety wearable combines key technologies
The device combines advanced multi-gas detection, lone worker protection, two-way radio communication, and real-time monitoring in a single product.
Blackline says this eliminates the need for multiple tools and is therefore redefining what industrial organisations can expect from wearable safety technology.
The G8 allows for live visibility into worker status, gas exposure and site activity.
Real time monitoring

Industry response
Companies who have already adopted the G8 into their workforce is UK-based Vida Bioenergy and Italy’s Work Secure.
